At Anna & Rose Toronto, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like jewelry and intimates are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Anna & Rose tags are still attached and the garment is in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location across Canada.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Toronto studio inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
